How to Water an Orchid

1. Check the roots

Make sure the roots have turned gray before watering.

2. Soak the orchid

Place the orchid into an empty cup and fill it about 2/3 full with water. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.

3. Drain thoroughly

Take the orchid out and allow all the exces water to drain completely.

4. Check the roots

If the roots have turned vibrant green, the orchid has absorbed enough water.
